Coterie Health exists because we saw the gap from the inside.
Inside public health, we watched good clinicians lose hours to documentation drag and fragmented systems. We watched change programs that looked sharp in a slide deck fall apart in the rhythm of real work.
We kept coming back to the same lesson. Start with patient outcomes. Get the security and information foundations right before anything clever goes on top.
